113. 19/11/2020 Sh. Sanjay Sudhakar Kumbhare on 03/02/2020( Copy attached ) DPC meeting has been convened for the post of Assistant Director in FSI.I seek the following information. 1. As per the minutes of the meeting 3 posts were considered as per RR 1994 and 5 posts were considered as per the amended RR 2018. As per the MoM received through RTI , my name was not even considered for promotion by considering the manipulated reservation roster,( incomplete copy ) whereas, even as per the DoPT O.M. No. 36012/2/96-Estt ( Res) dated 02/07/1997 ( mentioned in the certificate Reservation Roster ) separate roster table should be referred for different RRs. Accordingly, my Sl number comes to 5 as per the RR 2018, seniority list, and not 7 as first 3 posts were considered as per the RR 1994. Therefore I seek a certified copy of the rule which states that One Reservation roster should be referred for a different RR by which my name has been considered at Sl No 7 instead of 5. 2. I became eligible for the promotion of AD in FSI on 12/11/2017 and the other 3 STAs who became eligible only after the implementation of amended RR in March 2018. Therefore I seek a certified copy of the Rule by virtue of which, those 3 STAs ( Sh Devisingh, Smt Neeta Goswami & Smt Savita Semwal, STAs ) became my Seniors to be considered for next promotion as AD. 3. Kindly refer to the reply letter of public grievances sent by FSI.
